Our network controllers are constantly on the alert for faults on our network. But if the power goes down in your area and you don’t see your location on our outage map, you can report it here.

With your help we’ll keep our streetlights in good working condition. Because streetlights are important for community safety, we fix any faulty ones we come across on our patrols immediately.
