Working near powerlines

When you’re operating equipment near our electricity assets, our permits detail the conditions and methods you must adhere to in order to carry out the proposed work on site safely.

High load transport

Any high or over-dimensional loads travelling through our network have the potential to damage power assets and put drivers and the public at risk. This page provides you information on what you need to know about permits, approvals and safety requirements.

Facilities Access Agreements

We lease space on poles and other network assets for third parties to install equipment. You need to obtain a Facilities Access Agreement (FAA) to install your equipment on our assets.

Installing EVCI on network assets

Third parties can apply to install electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCI) on our electricity distribution network poles.
