Important things to know before you start
- You’ll need to provide your Contractor ID. This is a unique identification number assigned to an approved contractor, contracting company, or worker who is authorised to perform work for or on the CitiPower/Powercor electricity network.
- You'll need to provide the name of a CitiPower/Powercor Responsible Officer (your primary contact) or a Principle Contractor working within CitiPower/Powercor (that you are working with).
- To speed up your approval, please provide an explanation of why you need access to the contractor portal and how it relates to your role, project, or work activities. Please include type of work being performed and the specific standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, or other documents you need to access.
Once submitted, please allow up to five business days for us to respond.

If you are providing us with personal information of others, you must inform them you have provided their information to us.
