Important things to know before you start
- You’ll need to provide your Contractor ID (if appliable) and the name of a CitiPower/Powercor Responsible Officer (your primary contact) or a Principle Contractor working within CitiPower/Powercor (that you are working with).
Once submitted, please allow up to three business days for us to respond.
CitiPower and Powercor are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use and share the personal information provided to facilitate access to the Contractor Portal. If you are providing us with personal information of others, you must inform them you have provided their information to us.
