When you’re offered a role at CitiPower and Powercor, your offer will reflect the scope of the role, benchmarked against comparative roles and tailored to your skills and experience.

At CitiPower and Powercor, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your experience, along with 12% super contributions. Your pay is also reviewed annually, because as you grow, so should your opportunities.

You may also be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive plan so you share in our success. This provides a bonus based on your performance, as well as that of your team and the business overall.
